"Myself and my father has used MJA Contracting for two roofs in our houses in Jersey City. Both times Manuel and his team has taken good care of us and installed good roofs. At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! I guarantee you will not be disappointed!"

"They gave me a very negotiable price and they did a really great job on my roof"

"Randy was professional and had timely responses. He fixed a broken downspout and restored the ground back to normal. Price was fair too. Would recommend!"

"Alexander contacted me within minutes of submitting my request on Angi. He quoted me a price, I hired him and he came out the next day to do the required work. The gutters are perfectly cleaned and he cleaned up any debris that was created. Alexander showed me an area that needs repair and made a couple of valid recommendations. Finish Line Roofing and Contractor will be the company i use for all of my future gutter and roofing needs."

"The overall process went very well. Michael came out to my condo several times. He's very professional and he dealt with my annoying property manager very well. I was impressed Michael was able to come out in the evening so i didn't have to take off from work to look at samples and discuss the project. He even left a window with my property manager for a few days to examine! All the visits and installers came on time which in my experience is never the case. In fact the installers came early! They were very quick, they did 9 windows in a little over 3 hours. I must say these windows are the best looking windows and cheapest out of all 5 other quotes i got. I opted for the brushed nickel hardware upgrade. They look slick! There was a period of time where communication was great but there was a reason for that and it's not common. Also when i was attaching blinds after the install, i noticed window coming through the top of one of the windows. I contacted Acorn and Michael came back out and fixed the issues. He then inspected all the windows inside and out and answered all my annoying questions. During his inspection he noticed one window was missing a clip to tilt it. He came again and installed that. I honestly didn't even notice the clip, so that shows he was really inspecting and put pride his the quality of his work. Overall i'm very pleased, the difference from my original 1987 single pane windows and these new ones is night and day!"

"Thanks Mike and crew for my new roof and deck. After a hot week , my flat twenty year old roof developed some major leaks. Mike (Owner) was able to come out quickly and access the situation and come up with a very comprehensive plan that made sense for my situation. His quotes are very detailed and covered every question / concern I could think of. When you first meet Mike, you get a sense very quickly that he takes great pride in his work; he knows what he's talking about and is happy to address all questions and concerns. Texting or Emailing Mike was always met with a very timely response. Mike was able to get me on his schedule quickly and his very professional and knowledgeable crew (Thanks Edgar) were out and stripping off the old roof in no time; a far superior roofing system that should last for twenty years and was very competitively priced was installed. His Crew were also very on top of their game; they were always available to answer questions and go over the steps of the roofing process. My flat roof also had an existing deck that needed work and had to be dismantled for the new roof to be installed and I had a second area where I wanted a new deck built. After seeing my "Gold Star" roof completed, I was concerned about another contractor coming out and damaging the roof to install a new deck; there is a very exact way to install decks on flat roofs without puncturing them. I asked Mike to remove and reinstall the old deck and build a second deck on the opposite side of the roof. Once again, Mike and Crew came through with my amazing new Trex Decks; couldn't be happier with the high quality of work balanced with very competitive pricing. I recommend highly Ideal Home Improvements Team."
