He came to my house within 24 hours, understood the problems much better than others, quoted me a fair price in writing on the spot, and had the work done within a week. "We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns."

"I had a Groupon for 1000 sq. ft. of driveway sealing.  I have about 2000 sq. ft.  I bought the Groupon and called, and I was told it would be another $170, so I wanted to set the appointment.  It actually took a year to get done, as he had too many Groupon customers and was giving scheduling preference to his existing client base.  Once we had the appointment, they arrived on time, could not have been more pleasant, did a great job, and left the area spotless.

We had a tree that was growing up from underneath the house and they got rid of that. We also had a hole in the side of the house so they closed it up and added some siding. My dad did not like them although they were great as far as being able to work with our time table because the work was done in Maine and we live in Connecticut. We like to be there when the work is being done so they were able to pull people from some other sites to help us out to be able to do the work while we were there. So we really appreciated that. We have a hard time finding contractors that are willing to do that. We would hire them again depending on the type of work. They did not do crazy detailed work but there were some things that I would say they could have done a little better. I think their price was reasonable. We had some issues with responsiveness, but it was probably because they like to do things over texting or email. My husband and I are more phone people so we did not always get calls back right away.
