For my new kitchen, I had an interior wall removed (they brought in a structural pro to check for safety) , moved plumbing and added electrical. The entire kitchen was gutted and redone. They helped me with all my flooring and cabinet selections- they really know what works best! All my phone calls to them were returned very quickly. Royal Roofing and Siding came out, checked the area, and found that the flashing along one section of the roof had started failing. They showed us what they found before doing anything and explained how they planned to repair it. They removed the problem section, replaced the flashing and sealed everything back up. The crew was easy to deal with and didn?t leave a mess around the house when they finished. We?ve had a few pretty heavy rains since the repair and haven?t seen the water come back. Glad we were able to fix the actual problem without turning it into a much bigger roofing job."

"John and his staff are the ultimate professionals! I previously had a sun-room built on top of a deck. The sun-room was falling apart and frankly was a safety hazard. John came in and demolished the sun-room as per my request. He then tore up the old splintering deck and replaced it with a beautiful new one. As I have a dog, I needed fencing all around. The fencing was beautiful and I'm sure added tremendous value to my house. He did all of this in three days and cleaned up and carted away everything. He also noted some vinyl siding damage caused by squirrels and agreed to repair it since they also do siding. He was very relaxed and personable and made a good impression so I decided to go with him. I had already talked with another Angie List A+ rated contractor who spent the whole time badmouthing all other roofers. Very obnoxious. Dormer Doctor performed the job over 2 days and it came out terrific. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone."
