"We were to be the first appointment of the day.  After waiting for some time, we called Tiger to see why the serviceman had not arrived and we were told that he was on the way to our house.  We then waited much longer than it takes to drive from their office to our house.  When the serviceman arrived, we found out that the scheduler had told us an absolute lie because at the time our call he was still in the regular weekly staff meeting which is always held on that day and time.  When he got out of the meeting, he still had to go to the gas station and refuel his vehicle, causing further delay.  The serviceman came and looked at the house and said they charge a flat fee.  Since the man was already here, we paid him $232 in advance and he resolved the problem in fairly short order.  He was polite and professional.  We were glad to have the problem fixed; however, we had to change another appointment we had that day because we were first misled and then lied to as to the time the serviceman could possibly arrive.  We are sorry to be negative in our review, but we feel we must be honest. <br />"
