Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. "Since this was our second home we were not able to be there during the renovations.  We received photos ,texts, phone calls and emails regarding the projects in work.   When we arrived on the weekend, home was left in great condition.  Our neighbors  also  told us that the workers were there, on the job, from early morning to late in the evening most days.
