"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

They were able to take an empty space in my bathroom and create a plan for a shower that would fit in that space. "The response was very quick, within 24 hours a tech (Everardo) arrived on site. He identified a defective capacitor and installed a new one which restored our central air. We also had a diverter in zone 2 that stopped working. Everardo checked the wiring and system for defects. He isolated a defective motor. My system is 17 years old old so that particular motor was no longer manufactured. A new compatable diverter module was ordered and installed the following day. The bill was very reasonable and the service was quick and efficient due in no small part to an excellent technician."
