"It was a delight to deal with Bill Duggan of Quarry Hills rather than any of the large companies. They sent salespeople, but Bill came himself to bid on the job. He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day. He and his crew worked very hard and long into the night. We're very happy with our new system."

"I've had major issues with my water in my basement since I moved in. It was getting out of control and I was on a tight budget. I got quotes from close to 5 different companies. B dry gave me the best price, by far. They didn't add unnecessary pipes or create any more sump holes to jack up the cost. They took a look at the project and determined what needed to be done at a very fair price. The day they were supposed to come we were due to get hit with a huge storm. They called me ahead of time and asked if they could come a day in advance. They brought a double sized crew so they could get a 2 day job done in only 1, and boom done.
