"It was a delight to deal with Bill Duggan of Quarry Hills rather than any of the large companies. They sent salespeople, but Bill came himself to bid on the job. He was very flexible and attentive to what we wanted. We wanted heat pumps that would be efficient at low temperatures, so he searched for and found the right hardware for us. He worked closely with us to build the system that we wanted. Bill originally thought we would be without a heat for a week, but he figured out how to do all the preliminary work in advance, so he could get the old equipment out and the new equipment in within a day. He and his crew worked very hard and long into the night. We're very happy with our new system."

"Just a note to say that Tom is an outstanding professional. I thought I had a problem with my well pump, and called Tom to schedule an appointment. After asking me a few simple questions (regarding the sprinkler system attached to the pump), I was able to adjust a wire and get the pump working -- all within 5 mintues! "This was the most pleasant experience I have had with a home service company.  I called at 7AM in the morning and spoke with the owner. He took the time to listen to what the issue was and discuss the different possible causes of the problem. Initially, they mentioned they couldn't come out the same day, but he sounded willing to work things out if necessary.  However, this wasn't an necessary because I still had water running in my house. <br /> <br /> Later in the morning, the owner contacted me to see if I was available to have the work done. Another job couldn't be completed, so they were available. They showed up about 10:30AM that day.  The crew performing the work was very pleasant and again willing to explain what they would do.  They got right to work in a very profession pace.  Once they pulled the pump out, they educated me on what was broken, my options, and how they would proceed.  I'm a curious engineer, so I probably asked more questions than the typical customer. <br /> <br /> Although all I needed was to replace the down pipe, I opted to replace the pump as well.  But don't think they tried to convince me to do things that weren't needed.  That wasn't the case at all.  Instead, they told me what was required to fix the problem and said the pump was probably perfectly fine. But since the pump was 30+ years old, I thought it would be better to replace it. <br /> <br /> During the process, they inspected and adjusted various well related items to make sure everything was in tip top shape. And all this only took 2 hours.  Now the water pressure in my house is the best it has ever been.  Had to warn the family about the increased water pressure in the showers. <br /> <br />"
