However the level of communication from the project manager has been all but nonexistent. I was under the impression that I would meet with them before and after the work was complete. The work proceeded without any word from the PM. A crew just showed up and climbed onto the roof to get to work without so much as a word to me. Then they left after the roof was done. Again. Without a word to me. I?ve been waiting two days and counting to do a final walkthrough with the PM and get my paperwork and confirm that everything was done to our agreed specifications. We wanted to build 2 stories on top of an already existing foundation that only had a roof on it. We had a hard time finding someone to do it but Brian had no hesitation. He drew up a floor plan and we loved it. His crew built the new frame for our house, did the siding, doors, windows, decks, gutters, hvac. My husband and I are going to do the interior part of the house. If we had any issues we could easily text Brian and he would resolve them quickly. If we had any last minute changes, he would work with us. Very personable and professional. If we ever needed anything else done I would use them again and I would recommend to anyone needing a remodel.
