"I believe that our leak problem around the chimney is going to be fixed. Vinnie explained that he is using a silicone type of sealant and we decided to go with the more expensive repair. Vinnie was very prompt and explained the roofing problem well. We are looking forward to a leak proof chimney. Thanks Vinnie"

"Brenden from Quality Roofing And Paving did a great job. He was professional and friendly. He showed up on time. Listen to my concerns about the job and exceeded my expectations. Great guy to deal with. I would definitely hire him again."

"Really awesome roofing company that I would definitely recommend to anybody who needs a new roof or a roof repair. They did an excellent job on my project and I will definitely use them again in the future."

"We had purchased a 100 year old house with a slate roof. Though at first we thought we had a few years left, we quickly discovered multiple leaks. Other companies would only replace it, but Robert's suggested that a repair was possible -- offering a contract that would repair all damaged slate that they found including damaged underlayment (but not structure). This allowed us to keep the historic look of the house intact. Their bidding process was the most professional we saw -- they used a drone to evaluate the roof, and as we moved towards signing a foreman came out to evaluate the roof directly and ensure they would have enough material to complete the work (which did revise the bid slightly). It was always easy to get someone knowledgeable on the phone. While the work was underway the crew was very professional. The site was impeccably clean every day after they left. During the work, they did discover several rafters had failed necessitating emergency structural repairs. These were completed and the roof was watertight before they left for the day. Obviously this is a highly stressful situation for a homeowner, but they demonstrated a zen-like level of calm and focus that was extremely comforting. They also introduced us to a contractor to help complete some plaster patching that needed to be done inside where they had installed temporary supports. There was also much more damaged slate than they had originally anticipated -- approximately half of the total roof. However, they kept their commitment to take the burden of the overage, and we paid exactly what was quoted, plus a comparably modest sum for the unanticipated structural repairs. Likewise, they came back with no questions asked to resolve a minor issue we found a few weeks after the work completed. Though no project of this scope is without issues, Robert's went above and beyond my expectations to deliver a solid repair and demonstrated that they are committed to customer happiness."

"All Pro was able to get my roof repaired in a timely manner for a fair price. Communication was great throughout the project."

"Mike was honest about the state of our roof - estimate was free and he told us that we'd only get 3-5 more years more out of the one side of the roof, even with maintenance. I found that very honest of him, because saying that opened up the possibility that we'd forgo the repair and replace the whole roof instead. Unfortunately that was not an option for us so we opted for the repair. After he came out, the leak was fixed. And now we know we have to save up for a new roof ASAP."

"Very well ! Loved the work. They matched the swirls in the plaster perfectly. I plan on calling them in the spring to do more work after my roof is repaired."

"Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty."

"Jeremy and the team were fantastic. The stayed in good contact, had great communication, and got our roof installed quickly. Fantastic customer service and very reliable. Will 100% use again and recommend to anyone"

"Our old house on the Northside of Pittsburgh was in need of an exterior facelift and a new front porch to replace the one that had collapsed. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."
