"Professional service, timely, hard workers & they cleaned the place up nicely before they left! Be very specific, in writing, about what exactly they will do. We had a small misunderstanding, & a tree area was curbed & left with no ground rock, like the rest. They did cement curbing, ground prep, moved & cleaned old river rock, layed ground cover & new river rock. Yes, I will hire them back & referred them to my neighbors! Very pleased with the finished results! !"

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"It was a great experience having them replace our patio with a larger decorative one done with sandstone colored and textured concrete. They also replaced two damaged sections of sidewalk. We dealt with the owner who was very responsive to the occasional e-mail and text.
