"The job was fairly straightforward and I had already procured the sink and most of the additional supplies but the job required some replumbing of both the water supply and drain. The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. However, I've had no professional plumbing work done recently and thus have nothing to compare it to. The plumber was very pleasant and professional and the work of high quality. I have no other complaints."

I found Ryan Plumbing and they said they installed hydrorails all the time and of course would do the drilling because that was part of the job. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. They also installed a new kitchen faucet that I had bought, and checked each of the water outlets in the condo. They replaced the gaskets on stops where needed, and the flappers on the toilets to stop occasional running. They checked but didn't replace other outlets that were perfectly fine, which I appreciated. Based on my experience with a couple of other plumbers in past years, I was especially impressed with the reasonable cost of labor, the responsiveness when making an appointment, and the professionalism throughout."
