"Absolutely horrendous. Handyman arrived on site (on time) after description of service as above. We asked him to replace door frame as it was cracked and torn off the house. We wanted a permanent solution as the door frame wood was cracked in multiple places with either replacement of framing wood or new door installation. He refused and placed 4 screws into the frame and said it was repaired. Charged $650 for placement of 4 screws. Handyman was very rude and complained he only gets paid a fraction of that from the company so it's not his problem. Ridiculous. Will never use this service again."
