"They were punctual every time; the foreman of the crew spent ample time with us so that we knew everything going on, when the work would be done, etc. Our insurance company gave us some problems, but, basically, we had nothing to do with that; Jacob, the foreman, "fought" with them to get another adjuster who knew, as Jacob did, we needed the roof replaced.
