"<p>Called American Roofing and Vinyl....spoke to manager who said they were extremely busy but would have someone contact me. Not long after, I was contacted by Bobby Davis (I think I got his first name correct but definitely Davis) who stated that he sub-contracted work from American Roofing during busy times. I set an appointment with Mr. Davis for the next day. He showed up early, inspected the roof and gave me a price. We agreed and he returned the next day (early again) and made the repair. Mr. Davis took before and after pictures (cell phone) of the repairs and guaranteed his work.  Very satisfied</p> <br />"

"They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."

"Work was done exactly as quoted & workers were a pleasure to have there (heard no foul language or fussing). They worked quickly & were here 12 hours the first day in 90+ degree heat.  They cleaned up everything when they left using a magnetic roller to get stray nails. They covered my shrubs & plants to prevent damage and were very careful to not damage anything.  I have recommended them to several people already and will continue to recommend them. I have not found a company like American Renovations in years-they delivered what they promised quickly & professionally.  I will use them again for some renovations I hope to get done.
