"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. "From beginning to end, it was a great experience -- surprisingly great, in fact. Our garage was getting old, and we were trying to figure out what do do about it. We invited Mr. Harris out to our house and -- surprise # 1 -- he seemed far more interested in helping us figure out what actually needed to be done than in talking us into hiring him. We agreed that the roof needed replacing, but -- surprise # 2 -- he didn't want a materials deposit until he could give us a firm start date. He estimated that he could get to it in about four weeks but -- surprise # 3 -- actually got to it much earlier than that. He gave us a start date and -- surprise # 4 -- the crew showed up and did the work on the promised day. And the roof looks just terrific -- which, after surprises 1-4 -- really wasn't a surprise at all! We've already hired him for a number of other projects and can't say enough good about his work & his service!!!!!!"
