Replacing front steps with Granite 2. re-pointing bricks on 4 corners of my home built in 1860 Unfortunately once the job started, we found out that the people who built the foundation used slate on top of the stone as a base and over the years the slate crumbled and the bricks in the corneers shifted thus becoming unstable. The solution, rebuild the base and reinforce the brick wall with reba. The job was done on time and for a fair price"

Junior was polite, but it took a month from the time we gave a cash deposit for the work to be done, and after scheduling start dates several times and not showing up - and not letting us know. So we spent time, several times, waiting at the property for him. The language barrier also made things difficult. Also, we should have updated the quote; a misunderstanding about a verbal change caused confusion. If he had been present while the work was being done some of this might have been avoided. Still, they did a good job in a timely way and left the property very tidy."
