"Fantastic! My Mother was prepared with sheets to drape over the furniture and was planning on having a cleaning done afterwards. None of that was necessary because the crew covered every inch of the room with plastic sheeting. We were forewarned that it might be difficult to blend the patch with the rest of the ceiling, but ultimately it looks fantastic. We also had the crew examine the attic space above to see if there was a possibility of another, future leak, and they were kind enough to do so. My hope now is that the crew from the condo association did an equally good job repairing the roof on the outside as the House Doctors did repairing the ceiling on the inside!"

"I was able to reach the owner by phone. He arranged for a serviceman to come by, check out the problem, and thoroughly inspect the furnace before making repairs (rather than rely on an earlier assessment by another company). The service charge would be $90.00 and applied to the cost of repair. When the serviceman was delayed, the owner, Greg, stopped by himself. He did not do the complete assessment since he didn?t have his service truck, but he was able to diagnose the problem and did not charge me for that visit. In less than an hour after he left, I received an email with the repair cost including labor. That was followed by an offer to replace the inducer motor the next day. Since the next day was Saturday, we set up a time for Monday. On Monday, Greg called and said he could come a bit earlier if that worked for me. So, today the motor was replaced in about 30 minutes. I would say Coy?s Comfort provided excellent and timely service. Give them a call! Thanks, Greg!!!"

"My wife and I highly recommend Northeast Ohio Renovations! The results exceeded our expectations. They removed old aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding, 3 pairs of shutters, 2 mantles, 3 entry doors, gutters, and downspouts. We received several estimates and chose Northeast Ohio Renovations based on their price and reputation. We signed a contract in July 2017. They began working on the siding in April 2018, which was a long wait, but the reason being that they only have one crew and many clients. Their work speaks for itself and it was worth the wait. The crew was wonderful! They were considerate, tidy, helpful, and asked questions when in doubt. They went above and beyond. Dan even offered to mount my new wireless doorbells. I can't say enough about this crew. A few weeks after the installation, I noticed one of the gutters was leaking. The owner, Bob, came out to take look and found that it was due to an issue with our roof. Even though it was totally unrelated to their work, he still came back later to caulk the gap and fix the leak. We are very happy with the job and are still getting compliments 3 months later! "Jimmy and his crew were awesome. Due to delays on my end, they were working within a very small window of good weather. They power washed and painted my porch, garage door, awnings, trim and a large portion of exterior siding in 2 days. The crew was polite and professional. I really didn't think they were going to be able to get it all done but they did and it looks beautiful. Jimmy even added extra work that wasn't part of our agreement at no extra cost.
