"EZTransitions is a company that you need for the unusual situation where a lost loved one forces you to prepare their home for sale. I used EZTransitions initially to remove 50 years of clutter to prepare the house for sale. However, I quickly found out that EZTransitions was able to do much more and I ended up using them to not only clean out the house, but to also perform minor repairs on walls and floors, paint many of the inside rooms, replace tile, clean rugs and floors, clean windows and screens, polish woodwork, etc. In general they prepared the inside of the house for sale. I had other contractors that took care of plumbing, electrical, the chimney, and the landscaping. But EZTransitions covered the gap of everything else that needed to be done inside the house. It was a big job and it took a few weeks. However, for a very reasonable price, I was amazed at the quality of the finished product. I had a team of contractors and the realtor working on the house with EZTransitions. Communication and cooperation amongst them was very effective.
