"They came on time and found the roof in be in good condition except to the areas that were leaking due to the improper installation of the solar panels. They repaired the roof where required and notified me that we found the problem quickly and so the wet area in the attic just dried out without any permanent damage. They were on time and completed the work quickly."

"Excellent job! The quality of the work was very good, and they replaced the wood over several areas including a large area over the garage where there was a major leak. As there was some storm-damage, insurance covered a majority of the cost (though I did pay for the wood-replacement as my insurance did not cover that). Time from initial ins-adjuster inspection to job-start was approx. 5-6 weeks, the job itself took up to 2 weeks (they did run short of shingles, but were able to quickly & professionally complete the re-roof). They also worked with the city-inspector to ensure a satisfactory completion & compliance to code. One thing I would suggest is that they use a better waste-disposal as the dumpster-trailer used had flat tires & work-trash easily blew into the neighbors' yards on windy days. Still, this contractor is highly recommended."

He was always on time, always returned my phone calls in short order if he could not answer his phone when I called. They completed re-roofing my house in about 1 day & 3/4. "<p>When we wanted guttering installed 3 years ago, we did extensive research and discovered that all, or most, of the listed installers bought their guttering from this company. So, best to go to the source. We also discovered that for S. Florida you need the jumbo sized gutters, as anything smaller can't handle the storms we get here. Most of the other installers did not carry the largest size, as I understand that they would need special equipment to handle and cut the lengths.</p> <p>Rutland passed us over to their sister company, Premier Guttering (Pompano Beach) to make a quote and do the job. The initial job was around $1,050 3 years ago and the add on bit this past April was $350.</p> <p>At the appointed time, their truck showed up with large rolls of flat aluminum. Their machine rolled and shaped the required lengths.</p> <p>They did an excellent job installing the big guttering and despite all the heavy rain we have seen here, there has never been an overflow or leak. I do believe this is the best guttering you can get in S. Florida. When we had the add on, we were expecting them to cut an existing section and tap the new part in, but they insisted on replacing the original length, so there would be no joints.</p> <p>If you have a house down here and need new guttering - get the proper sized gutters!</p> <p>Just to be clear, I understand that Rutland makes the aluminum rolls and Premier is their local sister company in S. Florida.<br /> <br /></p> <br />"
