"I am in the process of selling my home and needed a septic inspection.  The entire staff of Honey Wagon was a pleasure to work with.  They came out to locate my tank the first time and were unable to find it.  They recommended calling in a company to locate it by going into the pipe from the inside.  They made all of the arrangements to get someone here within a day or two.  once the tank was located, Clint, the senior technician,  and Andrew came back out to dig down to the lid.  Unfortunately, it was partially under my deck, but they were able to get to it without having to take apart my deck or dig up any landscaping!  They did a fantastic job!!!  I was very impressed with their professionalism and attitude.  It was a pleasure doing business with them!!
All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out.  Lisa arranged to get someone out to the house to help locate the tank, and worked with me to coordinate the pumping so that it could be done when the county inspector could be here.  The owner even came out to look at a spot that was left on my driveway (something had leaked out of the truck!)  He took care of it right away.

"Kevin was absolutely amazing! He first came on Saturday to fix two of our toilets. He took care of those, but we later found another issue that had escaped all of our attention. He immediately called me back to try to establish a time to come back out. Kevin was very professional and respectful of our scheduling issues. When he came out again today, he found that the one toilet had come loose from its foundation at the base. He said he had one unconventional trick that might save us from having to drill through the floor to gain access to the pipe. Kevin then spent over an hour removing old wax, figuring out how to stabilize the toilet, and making the toilet as good as new. When he'd finished, I asked him what I owed, and his response was, "Nothing. It's all taken care of and it's all good!" The relief that I felt knowing that Kevin was competent, wanted to make the fix as painless as possible, and was willing to think "outside of the box", was enormous.  If I have any other plumbing issues, Kevin and Lutz Plumbing will be my first call!
