He and his team built a landing platform of brick at the base of our deck steps, they repaired sunken concrete steps and stone steps. Also repaired stone walls in courtyard/patio area that were falling apart. Left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Definitely recommend Mendoza Stone Masonry."

"Tom did our property last year….the entire property, from tearing up a poorly done yard by Kay Builders and completely replacing with it new sod, to building us a wonderful stone patio with lighted block seating walls. They also provided all the landscaping, putting dozens of trees and bushes, replaced a poorly done sidewalk and made a new one out of the same stone from our patio. Tom and his crew were timely, communicated with us readily and their work was top notch….so much so that we were literally the talk of our new development. "Overall good job repairing the cement apron to my garage. Job was rescheduled a few times for various reasons, but since it's been completed I've had no problems with cracking or chipping. The color is not quite as white as the original cement, but other than that I have no complaints at all."

"We contacted Precision Paving and Landscaping because the area where we wanted a patio was uneven and hilly so having a company that was good at laying a firm foundation seemed imperative.  We were not disappointed.  From the start, owners Michael and Jay were responsive, patient, creative, and professional.  This was a difficult project given the terrain, and their thought and planning to put in the patio really paid off.  Along with ending up with an incredibly solid patio, they developed a tasteful design for an oddly shaped area and installed an intricate and extremely attractive paver pattern.  The final result is beautiful and has elicited rave reviews from everyone who has seen it.
It is important to note that Michael and Jay proved to be honest, hard-working, and thoroughly enjoyable people throughout the entire 8-day project.  They also took care of some unplanned tasks and supplied much more stone than was anticipated for no extra charge. In addition, their estimate was the most reasonable of any we had done, and they stuck to it.

"I called for a quote for repointing brick on the 87 year old house, that I purchased 5 years ago. John and his team arrived on a Tuesday morning and after a few hours, it was determined that there were structural problems with the brick, to where, if left untouched, my outer walls would repointing became 5 times more expensive. Two days later, a crack in the foundation which lead from the basement to the outside wall was discovered. A French drain was installed, the crack sealed and project complete. The workers worked on my house for 6 days, including Saturday. The overall fees were 10 times the original quote for the simple repoint, but now this home is structurally sound. The main reason I decided to go with John was because he seemed to be honest and up front and I have a warranty for 25 years, which will transfer, should I sell this home in 10 yrs."

They were very flexible with their schedule and work environment. They were extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the project from start to finish.
