That was included with the package that I paid him for. He specifically told me to contact him within a week, or when I heard no more movement from the squirrels. I have called multiple times, left voicemails, and I even texted him. No response! It's been over two weeks and nothing. Now, I have to pay someone else to seal the hole now that the squirrels have left me attic, smh. I should have rated him an "F" because his work was incomplete, and he was fully paid, but I'm not going to do that. "
