"The original basement stairs (approx. 60 yrs) in my house were starting to come apart so I decided to have them replaced and have a handrail put in. I read the reviews on this company and decided to hire them. I should've known that maybe I should keep looking when they gave me an estimate over the phone without physically coming out to see the stairs (I took some pics and sent them to them). They also asked for a large deposit. Against my better judgment, I hired them. The job was supposed to take a day but one of the workers had an emergency and said someone would be back the following day. That night, I went downstairs and noticed that the stairs were not level. You could see with the naked eye that they were leaning to the right. I texted the company and let them know my concerns. No response. The next day the guys came back and I told them my concerns. They said something about the floor in my foyer not being level which in turn made it impossible to have the stairs leading to the basement level. They finished up and although I was not happy with the explanation, I paid the balance. That was my 2nd mistake. Since then I put in another call to the company and still, no response from the owner. If this is supposed to be elite service, I implore you to hire someone else. The fact that the owner could not be bothered to respond to my calls and concerns or come out and check the issue is just bad business. (The installation was done at the end of February, 2024)"

"I had an old refrigerator, microwave and some other things to be removed from my backyard. Robert was the original guy I I contacted. We talked pricing and then arranged a Time for pickup. Vinny was the worker that came out on time I may add he introduced himself and got straight to work it took him about not even 15 minutes to get all the stuff on the trailer. We talked for a bit and he informed me that they were a construction company that also did repairs and to keep them in mind if I ever needed anything which I will I've added them to my contact list. I think Robert and Vinny are phenomenal guys. They were both professional and friendly at the same time. I gave them five stars but that really not enough to describe how they made me feel like a special and valued customer. Seems like the rain gutter is sagging in the middle of the patio where the two joints meet and water is pooling there and possibly leaking through the seams as illustrated in the photo. Poor design concept. Really disappointed with customer service and quality of product especially for what we have paid for. They clearly don't care about taking care of their customers.
