"Technician quickly found the problem and cleared the clogged drain. Be prepared that the cheapest work will cost over $500. They were the first to respond to my problem."

"Great company, called about a backed up toilet. They were able to come out first thing the following morning. Jordan and Jeremy showed up in the freezing cold and cleared the clog on the drain line very quickly. They also took extra time to scope and jet the line and found a busted pipe and extensive roots in the lines as well. They got everything cleaned out very quickly and left me with a product to help keep the roots away till we can get the pipe fixed and possibly get a liner installed in the future. I would recommend Zoom drain as they were fast, professional and reasonably priced. Thank you for great service."

"The workmanship on a simple job was not good. Sewer gases were making their way out until they came back and repaired."

"They cleared the blockage but it came back 6 weeks later. They used a camera next time and still didn't find a reason for the blockage. We ended up hiring a septic person who found the real problem. This company was friendly and fast and did refer us to the company that eventually resolved our problem. Was $350 first visit and $478 second (using camera on a Sunday.) They had to remove toilet both times."

"It went fantastically well. They replaced my cracked side sewer line, through 2 deep holes hooked it up to my house sewer and the sewer line which goes into the main sewer. They filled both holes, replanted my plants, and reset my rocks and my front yard looks brand new. What a more positive experience ! Also they had the city inspector come out immediately. 2 days after taking over from the other company, the mess that had been in my yard for 5 days before they took over was done."

"No service provided because Gary helped us to know our house is on sewer, instead of septic tanks. Gary is very professional. With several questions, he easily figured out that we are not on septic. Then He helped me communicate with previous owner and figured out that we need a plumber. He is great! I would certainly recommend him to anybody!"

"My sewer line backed up. We called a company that had left a flyer on our door. They came out to do an emergency clean-out and gave us a repair bid of $24,000 for a pipe burst repair to the line. Two subsequent bids for pipe bursts came in around $13-15,000. None of these companies even indicated that lining the pipe was a viable option. We were referred to Steve Harris, Manager of Gary?s Pipelining and Drain Cleaning, LLC. He was able to line the pipe for just under $10,000 plus tax. Steve was great to deal with. He really did his best to keep our costs down. The work was done professionally and efficiently. Our job was further complicated by the fact that our line runs under our neighbors yard, having once been a shared sewer line. They took great care to protect the neighbors yard while dealing with the dirt from a 6 foot deep excavation hole. I highly recommend Steve and his team. I will continue to use him and refer him to friends and family in the years to come. <br /> <br /> <br />"
