I have been fixing, building, and maintaining just about any kind of system that needs to be fixed. I have worked in residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural fields. I also have an extensive background in vehicle and mechanical maintenance. I tend to notice things that most don't. And I find that I need to fix everything I can. I am extremely flexible and easy to work with. My motto is, anything that is worth having. Is worth fixing. And I'm very confident in saying I can fix just about anything.

"After turning the gas on to a newly purchased home it was discovered there were leaks and the gas needed to be shut off on a Friday after 5PM. <br /> Called certified Saturday morning around 9am, technician stated wouldn't be able to make it out until around 10:30. Technician arrived just a little after 10:30 and immediately began working to fix the issue. Even after needing to go back to the shop to get more parts (very old pipes) and having multiple locations where there were leaks he was able to complete all work in under two hours. This included fixing a leak we weren't even aware of that the gas company couldn't find. (probably because so much was leaking the detector wouldn't stop going off). <br /> The technician was very professional and courteous, and explained in detail everything he did. He then did a very thorough bubble test on all joints to be sure no more leaks existed. He lit the pilot on the furnace to make sure everything was operating properly when finished. <br /> Being an after hours repair we were worried about the price but we were very pleased with the total cost and thought it to be very reasonable. <br /> Will definitely recommend and use again in the future. <br /> <br />"

"To make a long story short  the previous owner of my home had kids who put large toys and things down open drain pipes in the basement.   Complicating matters the drain had become completely clogged by germinating grain seeds from my wife's basement gardening project backing up against these plastic toys (and a croquet mallet head) .     I had already tried snaking the drain myself with limited success (i got the croquet mallet head to float back up the open pipe and a ping pong ball, but there was more in there and i couldn't get it).   I spoke with Dan over the phone about the cost and labor associated with his services, specifically using a camera to see what was down there and getting it out.    Due to the high price of these sewer cameras the minimum charge for service is high,   furthermore he suggested i use a shop vac if i had one to attempt extraction first as that was what he would do first if he had to come.     So i set up my shop vac for wet use and proceeded to twist and push the hose as far down as i could... after taking the hard plastic end off.      Each time coming back with another plastic item,  batteries,  bottle caps,  then finally a giant log of seeds that had sprouted and blocked the pipe.        So anyway... Dan advised persistence and the shop vac which i didn't even think to try....  and i'm thankful i did because this definitely would have taken him a few hours and at least a few hundred dollars of my money.     I really appreciate when someone tells me honestly to try it myself and if i can't get it then call him back. <br />"
