"Capital Siding, Windows, & Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof in May of 2024. They were recommended at the advice of a neighbor and friend, who had used them twice before to repair her own roof as the result of two different hail storms. I could not ask for an easier and more friendly company to work with. Danny in the office was easy to get a hold of and would always respond promptly and professionally to all of my inquiries. Jeff Moore, the company’s owner, also regularly made himself available, as I had never been through the process of a roof repair before and I had a lot of questions. Everything was explained to me in full, with relation to the options and financial considerations, and with courtesy. Azael and his crew arrived on site with friendliness and professionalism and even helped me to move some things that were too heavy for me to move ahead of time by myself. They did all of this with a smile, and with an ‘all in a day’s work’ attitude. My home is rather old, and its underlying roof structures were in need of some serious TLC. Azael was very helpful in explaining the issues to me, and I never felt pressured to make improvements at additional costs that I didn’t want to make. Great company to work with!"

"Worked with Lapota for 2 repairs. 1st was a roof leak repair that a different company (the one that put on the roof 7 years ago) tried to fix 4 times and failed (actually made it much worse). Lucas from Lapota found the problem in 15 minutes and it was simple enough for me to fix, so he did not even charge me. 5+ stars for this. 2nd issue was two leaking windows (this is a condo association). They have a minimum charge of $2k, so this might not be the best option for small repairs, but since they did not charge for the 1st repair, I felt it evened out. They caulked around both windows, seemed to be fixed until yesterday when one window had water intrusion again. I'll be calling on Monday. My experience has been that this is a reputable company so I am confident they'll stand behind their work. I will change to 5 stars if they do. So, in summary, this seems to be a good company but due to their minimum, probably best for projects that would normally cost $2k or more."

"Some of the negative problems a mess was left big chuncks of concrete under my furniture some stuff wasn't covered properly. Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

He responded quickly to emails, got me my quote within 48 hours, and did the work to the point and degree that it was as though they were doing it for their own family. The pricing offered was extremely fair without compromising on quality of workmanship and materials. The detail that they gave to completing the facia on my roof was unbelievable. They measured and remeasured and took the time to make it right. The team that Chad sent over was personable, kind, and considerate. When they weren't sure of something, they weren't afraid to ask questions for clarification and they just didn't bulldoze forward in the project without an answer. I am very pleased with this company and their professionalism and the quality of work, and I would recommend them to anybody looking for roofing, siding or construction needs.
