"Had an issue with our washing machine not draining. Problem was a bad lid switch. Dean from LOPHC was professional, courteous, and responsive and diagnosed and made the repair quickly. Price was completely reasonable. Definitely recommended and will use again in the future."

"It went very well and I'm a happy customer. Mark showed me how good the rest of the unit looks after opening it up so we could look all around. He had brought the new suspension parts in his van so the repair could happen on the first visit. Mark is personable and efficient and within an hour he was done. I will call him for any future appliance repair needs."

"Would certainly hire again. When I initially called him about my fridge not cooling down, I set up a date for 2 days later because the following day I had to run my kids around town and wouldn't be home. George asked me if I was sure I wanted to wait that long and he told me that he makes fridges a priority. George showed up for an estimate with a pizza (as he advertises evidently) which caught me by surprise but certainly a nice, unique gesture. He came out and without taking anything apart, said it was my fan motor or something along those lines. I admit, I was a tad skeptical but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He did not require any money up front. He ordered the part and had it mailed priority. He gave me the estimate on a Thursday and by Monday, he had the part and came out and fixed the fridge. I guess I will never give an A rating for price unless its free, but I think it was reasonable I suppose considering my fridge was a tad over 5 yrs old and just outside of the warrant by 2 months. If you are looking for a guy that shows up in a nice truck marked with his company name wearing a polo shirt, than this is not George, which is why I gave him a C for professionalism . But, to be honest, this is probably how I would dress so don't use it against him when considering to hire him. On another note, he called to let me know he was running behind schedule, which I understand happens and appreciate more than anything, that way I at least know he didn't forget about me."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"I was dissatisfied with AAA and would not recommend them, not because of the quality of their techs, but because they didn't "do the right thing" after selling me a poor quality water heater. They installed -- at a cost of $1300 -- a Lochinvar hot water heater which failed after just 3 years. Despite selling me a water heater which was clearly flawed, AAA charged me another $622 for labor to replace the water heater (which was still under warranty). A company that cared about its customers would have waived the very expensive labor charge vs. charging another $622 to fix the problem."

"The guy told us, most of which, we already knew about. He barely touched the washer and pointed out that our drain hose was probably not positioned properly and was draining bad water back into the washer. All of this was done in under 10min. for the cost of $89 or thereabouts (that we had already agreed to pay for a visit). We also tried adjusting position of the drain hose later and it made NO difference. Where the customer service hit its lowest level is when we asked the guy if he could take a quick look at the dryer for the same stink issue - he would not even TOUCH the equipment unless we were ready to pay another $89 (two equipment). It's not like we were asking him to fix something! All in all, $89 down in 15min. and the problem still exists!"

"Do not recommend this company. They over charged me for labor and unnecessary parts. Took three visits and on the third visit the supervisor came and admitted to my face that a corroded electrical panel was the issue. An issue he diagnosed in 5 minutes. A corroded electrical panel that was he admitted visibly corroded and most certainly seen the night before when the technician came to my house and left my house reporting the a/c was repaired and it wasn’t. The supervisor stated he wished the panel had been addressed as the parts may have not been necessary. This technician had the cage out of the a/c and somehow overlooked this. This is basic hvac knowledge."

"Joyriders - car enthusiasts beware! Went in for an alignment, came back with extra mileage and an oil leak. I took my collector car, a Nissan Skyline GT-R, in for a basic four wheel alignment at ArborMotion. They had high internet reviews so I was expecting them to treat my car with respect - the opposite of what happened. For toe adjustment front and rear, they put 10 miles on the car - a ridiculous amount for an alignment check. My gut sunk at realizing my car had potentially been joyridden, but I did not want to jump to conclusions. A quick glance under the car was all I needed to confirm - puddle of oil, which when further investigated was a significant oil leak. The car was clearly beat on, and driven far more roughly than would ever be needed for an "alignment check." I quickly walked back inside and the tech admitted it was taken on several rides, along with some BS about needing to check the rear end noise (it has a clutch type LSD) despite noting it likely had a locker in the work notes, and never once calling me to ask about it. Aside from not having an alignment machine, I perform all of my own maintenance and the car was in excellent condition prior to leaving it with ArborMotion. Of course, being an old car things can and will fail - but they don't sprout an oil leak like this just sitting on a lot or in gentle driving. Being as the techs were observant enough to note the rear differential maintenance (new looking axles), they certainly would have noticed an oil leak of this size before working on the front end alignment. In all likelihood, they aligned it, beat on it and got the oil pressure and temperature extremely high, and set it in a parking spot without looking back twice. I spoke with the owner, Sebastian, who seems to believe the fact that they work on high end vehicles exonerates them from any potential wrongdoing, despite the fact that he was not in the building at the time of the incident. The vehicle now needs front camshaft seals and front main seal - a timing belt off job approaching $1000. This is just to rectify the visible damage and abuse - who knows what wear and tear they put on the clutch, transmission, turbos (OEM ceramic blades - highly sensitive to over-reving), etc. The only positive things I can say are that the alignment seems straight, and the shuttle driver Steve was very polite and courteous. Go elsewhere for your car maintenance needs."
