My wife commented that the workers did not spend time "playing" with their phones and was very happy with the job completed. We have not had any problems with the equipment installed. The job estimate provided was the amount I was charged. One note on the tankless water heater option. The unit needs to be installed very close the electrical meter. With the main bathroom on the other end of the house, it takes over 30 seconds to start receiving hot water. Not the Plumber's or Electrician's fault."
