"The Worst Experience I ever Had Summary of Workmanship and Project Management Issues: ? Tile installation exhibits uneven alignment and inconsistent spacing, as documented in attached photographs . ? Gap beneath cabinets remains unaddressed; installed piping is insufficient for coverage. ? Provider did not follow recommended procedures for gap remediation, contrary to initial agreement. ? Additional material purchases were required due to inadequate preparation and planning; receipts attached. ? Failure to adhere to agreed scope of work as outlined in revised contract. ? Provider and partner did not respond in a timely manner to communications regarding remediation . ? Independent evaluations classify the work as a complete tear-out. I will be seeking my money and the additional cost that was incurred doing the process. "
