This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? "We found this Company top notch. The sales person that walked around the house drawing up what we wanted was on-time for the appointment, very friendly and professional, and gave us several options. He also went over the different types of gutters and downspouts and provided his opinion on what he felt would work best for us. <br /> We received our estimate the next day and was told upfront it would be 6-weeks out before the job could be done, if we decided to have them do the job. <br /> In May, the job was started and completed within one day. The installers installed the 5and quot; wide gutters, splash gurards and hand mitered all the corners of the gutters, and installed the rain barrels with the downspouts as agreed upon. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional as we threw questions at them as they worked. The project manager came out the next day to inspect the work and to ask if we had any issues or concerns with the work that was performed. We did find that one of the mitered corners was not done completely right and could possibly create a problem down the road. The PM made note and said he would have someone out to fix it, which was done a week later. <br /> The gutters are perserved with Dupont Telflon surface finish protector with an EMCO Lifetime limited transferrable warranty. There is also a 25-year chalk and fade guarentee. <br /> We are very happy with ABC Seamless work and with the product we purchased.
