I do most all of the pressure washing myself and have a helper. Enloe then sent another salesman, who gave me a much lower and more realistic price. I scheduled it for early in the summer of 2017. I contacted the company several times to ensure that they’d be there on the date promised and that they’d install the gutters. On the day of the installation, NO ONE showed, and NO ONE called to explain why! When I discovered that the gutters had not been installed, as promised, early in the morning, I called Enloe. The excuse I received was unacceptable! Supposedly, the installer got held up on another job, and didn’t show up at mine. Apparently, he did not know how to use the phone and neither did anyone else at Enloe! I made 4 separate phone calls that day: to the non existent “customer service”’ to the general manager and others, voicing my disappointment! No one would return my call, nor would anyone address this totally unacceptable behavior! They is not a professionally run company , nor is it customer focused! I would never use them again! Their behavior is totally below standard!"
