"I called T.N.A. LLC & requested a bid for my driveway to be asphalted. He informed me he would be out there in two days to measure and give me a bid he showed up at the time scheduled very friendly to speak with. He gave me a reasonable bid compared to a few others I had received. We scheduled a time for him to come out and pave my driveway and he was there on time. The company did a wonderful job. The entire crew was very friendly and cleaned their mess up."

"Brent was very nice, and easy to work with.  I called to arrange a time for him to pick up the lawnmower, and once it was done, he called back in a very timely manner (about a week).  Mower has been working great since then.

"There was a Toby Tobin 20% discount. I was not home when the actual treatment was done. I can tell a rust stain was removed from the patio and the wood steps were wet looking. Otherwise its hard to tell anything was done. I trust it was treated  and will add longevity to my concrete."

FAQs for asphalt paving installation projects in Edgerton, KS

With routine care, an asphalt parking lot lasts 20 years. Plan to resurface every 15 years and sealcoat every three to five years, and tackle cracks as soon as they appear. Sticking to this schedule keeps the surface smooth, safe, and code-compliant, helping you get the full life span from your investment.

Installing a parking lot typically takes between two and four weeks, depending on factors such as size and weather conditions. The process includes ordering materials, site preparation, paving, curing time, and adding finish touches like paint striping. Please note that larger projects or unexpected weather delays may extend this timeline. Working with local professionals and suppliers can help keep the project on schedule and potentially reduce costs.

Maintenance depends on the surface you have. For asphalt, sealcoat every few years, resurface every 15 to 20 years, and patch potholes right away. Concrete lots require regular cleaning, inspections, and occasional patching. Whatever the material, create a maintenance calendar—and follow it—to keep the lot safe, attractive, and less expensive to own.

Apply a fresh sealcoat every two to five years, or sooner if heavy traffic fades the surface. Sealcoating fills hairline cracks, locks out moisture, and renews that deep black finish drivers recognize. Staying on schedule extends the pavement’s life and helps you avoid costly repairs down the road.

Professional sealcoating costs $0.15 to $0.30 per square foot, with rates influenced by lot size, local labor costs, and the type of sealer used. While you can rent sprayers, hiring a crew delivers even coverage, proper curing, and a warranty—advantages that protect both your pavement and your budget.
