"First the salesman lied about the windows. I called Champion about outside noise. the salesman Mike came to my house and I took him to 3 rooms and he heard the outside noise when standing in front of the windows. I had triple pane windows he said that the windows were not good and that with Champion windows I would barely hear any noise. I had 2 windows side by side and he said that if I get a slider that it would also reduce the noise. He gave me a price of over $5,000.00 for three windows. I said that if the windows would reduce the noise to that level then put them in. After the windows were installed the noise level was worst that before the windows were installed. I have been trying to get my money back since January 2024 it is now December 2024. They keep saying that they are sorry about this but they have not gave me my money back. I am a senior citizen and do not have money to give this company and not get what was promised . Do not do buy windows from this company."

"First the salesman lied about the windows. "I hired Midtown Home Improvements to replace my basement walk out door. They did a fantastic job from dealing with the salesman, to keeping me updated about the arrival/installation of the door. The installation techs were wonderful. When they arrived at. my home they immediately got to work, removing the basement walk out door and trim. They were amazing! When the job was finished they asked me to check the installation and cleanup. They had cleaned up any debris from the previous door and the installation of the new door. They left the work area spotless! I am thrilled with my new door and their installation! My old door was from the original 1999 build and overtime had shifted significantly making unlocking and locking of the door a bit difficult. Due to the shift of the old door the door wasn't closing properly to seal any cold air from leaking into the house. Midwest Home Improvements corrected this when the new door and jam was installed. I couldn't be happier!"

At no charge, father and son came out and switched it out for us. We have done our share of remodeling and wish we had found them sooner. I LOVE my kitchen!"

"Billy work great with us, providing a unique front landscape design for our newly constructed home. He was very flexible incorporating our thoughts on our plants along with his design. He and his crew completed the landscape, rain gutter drainage pipe to keep water away from the house and did a complete lawn irrigation system using the lake water for supply. He worked jointly with us and our neighbor for some joint water drainage. We have had numerous people asking who did our landscaping as it has good curb appeal. We have Paradise open and close our irrigation system and they are now doing 5 of our neighbors too. I would highly recommend Paradise Landscape."
