"He was extremely messy. We were constantly cleaning up after him. He was doing some fireplace tiles. I had tiles in the garage marked to not use and return. He went out and used the tiles that I labeled not to use. He had my cell phone number. He came back and tore out the tiles he put in and fixed them, but it delayed our entire project. "My experience was very inconsistent.  Initially the woman helping me was on the ball and I was exceptionally pleased as she helped arrange things to meet a tight deadline which I could not move.  That, in fact, was part of the reason I chose Weber - becuase they promised they could execute everything I needed by the date I needed it.  However, as time went on I was told that perhaps they would not meet the date.  That went on for several days until finally, they were able to meet the date.  At time of installation, 1 of the ceramic tiles was cut incorrectly and had my father not pointed it out to the installer, the installer would have set it.  Additionally, the tile installer was an hour early each time.  When it came to the carpet installation, one of the pieces had to be re-cut onsite which resulted in me having 2 visible seams right as I walk in the door.  There are also places where the finish installation of the carpet is not good - it looks like a bad do-it-yourself job.  Finally, there are a couple of places where there are runs/snags in the carpet.  Now, if a visitor comes over, (s)he probably will not notice the things I've mentioned, but they're noticeable and frustrating to me...  especially considering I spent $5000. "

"The entire experience from reviewing the needed work, tile selection, and installation was extremely good. The workers were courteous, timely, & professional. They put down protective material from the entryway into the bathroom to prevent any potential accidental damage & cleaned up thoroughly each day prior to leaving. The bathrooms look great."

"Granite Tops was wonderful to work with.  Sometimes it took longer than expected for responses to phone messages or email questions which is understandable because they have such a small staff.  The day of installation the crew was supposed to start around 1:00 in the afternoon but didn't arrive until after 5:00 p.m. and worked until 10:30 p.m. to ensure the job was done and done right.  The quality of work is exceptional and we would definitely recommend them and will use them again. <br />"

"My wife and I are very pleased with our new granite counter top for our kitchen. It's beautiful, and everyone involved was very professional, clean and courteous. Appointments were kept, as promised, and the tear-out and installation crew always called just before they showed up, to touch base and let us know they were on their way. Our kitchen has a tricky bread box thing that's part of the cabinetry, in the corner, and I wasn't sure how they'd work around it, but they came up with a good solution, and went the extra mile to make sure the counter top went in right. The guy who installed our back-splash really had his work cut out for him because we wanted a decorative strip of tile running through the middle, and all the tiles laid at a 45 degree angle. He had to do a lot of cutting and fitting, and stayed late to see the job through. I overheard him call his wife to explain he wasn't going to be home for dinner, and felt bad for him, but you'd never know, by his demeanor, that he had changed his plans to accommodate us. Beyond that, we had one small issue with a flaw in the sink drain. The finish (black) pealed off, and I called MMG about it. They delivered a replacement the very next day - no questions asked. Overall, it was a great experience, and my wife and I would highly recommend Midland Marble to anyone. <br />"
