"Jeff and his crew were professional and patient throughout the entire process. He arrived promptly to provide an estimate and details required for HOA approval. He accomodated all my special requests; 5 ft cedar fence with New England style post caps, single side yard gate and double back gate both with concave dips. Had to wait a few weeks after HOA approval and intial payment for special ordered materials to arrive. Installation was scheduled soon after ( the crew even carefully removed a couple of shrubs along the fence line I wanted to save). The crew arrived on time and quickly installed the fence on a super hot day. Jeff stopped by to check on the project that afternoon. Installation began at 8am and was completed by 3pm. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all debris and demonstrated how to open and close gate latches. Fence looks great! Would hire again."

"After Hurricane Irene we discovered water in our attic and I thought we would be in need of serious roof repair or replacement.  We called Tomas Bros. based on a recommendation from a coworker.  Two very nice, very professional men came out and replaced the vent along the attic with something called a cobra vent, which they explained would not allow wind to push rain into the attic.  I was thrilled that we were not going to have to buy a new roof or do major repairs on this one.  The men were polite and courteous and punctual and I felt like we were treated well during what must have been a busy time for them after the hurricane (lots of folks nearby had damage to their homes).  We will definitely give them a call again if we need roof work in the future. <br />"

Their representative (Frank) came out first and the level and depth of information he shared allowed me to better evaluate the subsequent vendor proposals. Their bid was slightly more expensive, but certainly within a reasonable range. Everything went well with the installation. My yard posed several challenges (a large grape vine that sat upon the fence, a neighbor's tree trunk along the property line...) and the install crew (with Eric in the lead position) came up with smart solutions. The crew worked hard and were pleasant to deal with. I will recommend them to friends (as I am now!) and check with them later in the year when I'm ready for a new deck! <br /> <br />"
