"The person they sent out to do the inspection and the estimate was one of the managers, Jim.  He was very helpful and explained everything.  He said he was available for any questions I had and he gave me his contact information.  I emailed with him off and on for additional questions and the final proposal.  He actually ended up coming out twice, to look at the bathroom.  Overall the process went smoothly.  They installed everything when I was away, so I just saw before and after.  They took exactly a working week to complete the job.  Throughout the process I was in contact with Jim in regards to problems or concerns.  When I came home, it looked great.  Everything had been cleaned up.  There was no mess left of any kind and everything worked properly.  The only thing I'm still a little upset about is the price.  I think that I paid a bit higher then I should have.  However Jim assured me they use quality parts and guarantee their work.  As of writing this (3 months later) there have been no issues with the work completed.  I am still very happy with the work completed.  I'm hoping I will not have to call them for any reason, but if Ii do, I feel confident they will be available to attend to the problem."

"I have known Elohim for about 12 years. A friend of mine gave me his name when he rehabbed her investment property. At the time he installed a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, hardwood floors and painted the whole house on the inside. She was so happy so happy with his work and he charged her less than the original, formal agreement. Soon after that I needed to install a bathroom in a large room in my home. Elohim went to work on it. It took him about a week to complete the bathroom installation. I use the place as a guest room to this day. Last summer my room was leaking. Elohim and his crew replaced the old shingles and cleaned everything up. It took them a day to do it. Last fall one of my tenants in Hanover,MD passed away. They lived in the townhouse for 15 years. Elohim and his crew cleaned everything up, installed hardwood floors, painted the place, installed a deck. I rented the place to new tenants in about 3 weeks. Elohim is a very skilled electrician and plumber. The person who would engage him would be very fortunate."

"AES is a truly great contracting company. We had been planning to remodel our master bathroom for a few years, and when we finally decided to do it we found AES. While we interviewed a number of contractors, AESs professionalism, experience and approach really came through. Our sales representative, David Hill, was terrific and walked us through the entire process and gave us recommendations and even went shopping with us giving us his thoughts and ideas. Our contractors, Brian and Scott were beyond amazing. The transformation our our bathroom is truly beyond what we could have expected and they were great in providing updates and giving us recommendations on what they thought would look best. They also treated our house with the utmost of respect and cleaned up very well at the end of each work day. One hiccup towards the end of the project was our vanity top was made the incorrect size, and since we had already been without a bathroom for 4+ weeks we were definitely disappointed and frustrated. Tim Munson, AESs President, worked with us to get the problem resolved and a new vanity made and installed within three days, which we really appreciated. "Everything from the bidding process, through completion, was handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Dimitri and every person who he brought into our home treated it as anyone would want their own to be treated. This was not a small project. They vaulted the ceiling in the living area, completely removing the roof on half the house, and did a full new roof. Matched the existing red oak hardwood flooring, and sanded/re-stained the entire upstairs. All the plumbing and electrical in the entire house was replace. New kitchen, 3.5 new bathrooms, finished basement, combined two bedrooms to make a master suite. New HVAC. New generator…. You name it, and it was done. When all was said and done, I think our two hall bedrooms were the one walls that weren’t torn down. We could not possibly recommend Dimitri and his company (his two sons work with him as well) any higher. They are honest, and hard working. Old school in all the best ways."
