"When the owner of Md. Curbscape came to my house to review the work to be done and give me an estimate, I was very impressed. He was very nice and listened to what I wanted done without interruption or making me feel like he had someplace better to be. His estimate was lower or compatible to the other two estimates I got. He began the work on the date we agreed. His crew removed a two-car concrete driveway, apron and sidewalk. The crew could not have been more professional and respectful of our yard and the surrounding area. When they were finished they cleaned up the street and yard like they had never been there. The work crew were not subcontractors but employees of Md. Curbscape. They worked seamlessly and meticulously to turn out a beautiful stamped concrete driveway with a broom finished sidewalk and apron. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the integrity and great communications of the owner. If you are considering concrete work it would serve you well to have Md. Curbscape look at your job and give you an estimate. I highly recommend this company. I plan to use them again."

"A neighbor had some work done by 7th State and I watched their progress, so I asked the neighbor for their contact. I had a small porch replaced by a screened porch. The original porch was wood and starting to dry rot, and was slippery in rain and snow. I met with Anthony in February for an estimate and to tell him what I wanted. The County permit process and requirements for improvement went on until September -- an 8 month wait. They required me to plant trees and shrubbery simply to replace something already there, OR pay a fee to not plant trees and shrubbery. Ashley in the office helped me through this and kept me advised of the progress toward getting it started. Work began on September 10, ended mid October. Each step had to be approved by the permit office. The workmanship and finished product are outstanding. Neighbors have complimented me on the improvement. Some workers worked up until 7:00pm to finish their part of the project. I would recommend this contractor to anybody."

Installed a toilet, drywall work on my rental property, put in a nice Lifeproof laminate plank flooring in the kitchen, including punch out work like painting. Extended my concrete pad in the back of my row house. Good work all around, highly recommend."

"My sidewalk had one section that settled, and created a tripping hazard. Rather than destroy the pad, and pour a new section of concrete. I hired Stabil Solutions to use polyurethane foam technology to raise the pad. It was a perfect job, nice even walk way. The foam works fast, and fills any voids that may be under the pad. If you have a driveway section, or walk way that is not level, this is a great way to save money and time without creating a huge construction project...no messy bags of concrete. The owner Steve worked on the job and did a great job evening out and making sure all steps were the same. They were punctual and professional. They used extra barb wire to strengthen concrete. They used plywood to protect our lawn as wheelbarrows of concrete were moved. Cleanup was great - no mess. Rail looks great. Katie in office also did great follow up and kept us informed.
