James and Dave worked to make sure the work was done very shortly after HOA approval and they ensure everything was done properly. All the materials matched my original decking perfectly. The guys that did the actual work were very skilled at their craft and made sure the fittings and all were perfect. "Frankie and his team are great to work with! We met with several contractors, but I really appreciate that Frankie is so hands on with the whole process and not "just" the salesman. Frankie talked through all of our options and offered to answer questions for us even if we didn't end up hiring him. He responded quickly to every inquiry we had, by call and text, and kept us up to date on the process the entire time. Our yard and fence need was small, but they were in and out within half a day. His team did a great job with site clean up as well, and called us out a few times during the process to make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend!"

Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. I highly recommend Mr. Gladstone and the Outdoor Connection Inc for outside drainage system work."

He explained the process beginning with how to contact my insurance company and what I needed to say and as a result they fully funded the job. Chris also pointed out some water damage that I wasn't aware of. He also explained the time line from start to finish, and what to expect during the work. He throughly explained the contract and addressed all questions and concerns. He was available during all the steps. I was able to contact Chris via text, phone or in person. The roofers and painters were efficient and cleaned up everything after completing their work. I strongly recommend this company for any home improvement projects you may be considering."
