"Accurate Asphalt completely re-did our 100-foot-long, crumbling driveway on Tuesday, 09/03/19. This involved removing all of the old asphalt, widening the driveway by one foot on each side, adding a 15 foot pad at the top of the driveway, and widening the driveway at the top enough to park an additional vehicle (4 drivers and 5 vehicles). They were done in half a day with a crew of 10. Everyone was courteous and professional. What was most impressive is that the owner, Ace, showed up to check on the progress and to personally meet with us to ask if we had any concerns and what we thought of the job. We could not have been more pleased. Ace also followed up with us this morning, Thu (09/05/19) to make sure everything was all right. I have been in customer service many years, and I pay attention to the subtleties of customer service including a company's sincere concern about a job being done well. Accurate Asphalt was genuinely concerned about our input and satisfaction with their overall performance including the appearance of the new driveway, the quality of the new driveway, and the professionalism of the crew who did the job. I should also mention that Accurate Asphalt's estimate was several thousand dollars less than other quotes we received with no shortcuts taken."

"Sal and his crew removed and reset sections of my patio to slope it away from the house, installed a drain to catch the new water flow, repaired and rebuilt my window wells, and repointed sections of the front walk and the basement stairs. This house was built in 1940, and Sal was meticulous about matching the old brick and mortar. Most importantly, Sal explained exactly what his crew would do at each stage of the project. When I questioned a particular part of the work, we discussed it so that I understood his proposed solution and he understood my concerns. "I contacted Goode Paving to request a quote on removing the 20+ year old concrete driveway on my elderly parent's home and installing asphalt.  The representative was very pleasant and provided a lot of information over the phone about the company and what they do.  They scheduled an estimate for the following day and the estimator showed up 10 minutes early.  I was concerned about proper water drainage, as they had a few problems with the current driveway, but he was knowledgeable about the proper technique to solve my problem. Their price was reasonable, about in the middle of the bids I received, but the main selling point was their professionalism.  Of the estimates I received (some only verbal, some written on the back of a business card) Goode Paving provided an incredibly professional presentation.  From the folder they provided with a host of information about the paving process, hiring a paving contractor, and caring for my driveway to their typed estimate, uniformed employees, and overall knowledge of the trade, I did not hesitate to put this job in their hands. On the day we scheduled to have the work completed they arrived on time and worked very efficiently, did everything they promised, and cleaned up effectively.  Now, nearly three weeks after the work was completed, the water is flowing as promised and the job looks excellent.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
