Despite some hiccups in the permitting process, Rick made sure we had clarity on the scope, financing and terms and then the guys did a great job building the deck. We had one small cosmetic issue when it was done, and not only did they come out and take a look but offered to make it right immediately with no questions asked. Unfortunately our siding is fairly new so there isn't anything else we can hire Eagle Siding to do but if we ever build a home (or move into one that needs some work) they will be our first call."

"Ronaldo did an outstanding job - no other word for it. He was quick with a proposal, completed the job in ten hours the next day, and the quality is excellent. The project ended up being larger than the original scope, which is not unusual for a siding project since you don't know everything that is needed until the siding is removed. He was very fair with the change order, so there was no unpleasant surprise. His card says it all - "The contractor you can trust". "I will call this “The Good, The Bad and the Ugly review” as I am breaking this review into the 3 teams that we had – 2 very good and done quickly and 1 inferior with the most time spent at our house – thus the overall 3 star grade. The Good • Roofing Team – Grade: A. Efficient, good job, found virtually no nails or roofing materials on the ground • Gutters – Grade: A. One man crew but he knew what he was doing and provided good suggestions for modifying our water flow. The Bad • Siding & Window Team – Grade: C to D. Not sure how they were trained but they didn’t seem to understand some common construction basics. A few of the many examples – o They nailed the siding on wrong and had to start over. o They almost ripped the 120V electrical outlet off the house without turning off the breaker but it was the weekend and we happened to be in the garden and saw them. o Installed the dryer vent wrong twice – once painting it shut and the next time putting on a vent with a label on it saying “not for use with clothes dryers” due to the pre-installed screen. The Ugly • Siding & Window Team – Used caulk as touch up paint on LP Smartside (or just used the siding to clean off their dirty fingers?) – leaving random “chicken pox marks” all over new siding. Garage, driveway and all 4 sides of our house were filled with equipment and garbage for the length of the project. Not the crew to have if you have children or pets – they left old saw blades and other sharp objects around the garage entrance and the house. I didn’t expect a spotless home every night but I didn’t expect to be living with this much disarray with minimal clean up each night, even after asking the supervisor to improve pickup of at least garbage and sharp objects in the garage and the common walking paths. Nor did we expect to be spending our fall cleaning caulk off the “maintenance free” siding and re-painting it and installing our outside boxes correctly. I will give the owner credit for realizing that his siding and window crew did inferior work and giving us a discount on our bill. None-the-less, I am rating the services provided based on the quality of the work done."

"Mike with Higgins Construction came out promptly for a bid and was very thorough with the steps needed.  He was responsive and professional and worked with the narrow time frame when the window was going to be removed. We have an older home and he was able to match the siding and paint perfectly.  Great job and we would not hesitate to work with him again. <br />"

"I couldnâ t be happier with the work that Pro Custom Builders did for me. I had a piece of facia come loose and needed to be replaced. Tony was able to determine the manufacturer of the original facia based on photos and some information I provided. The facia was 17 years old and I was thrilled that he would be able to match what I had on the rest of my house. When the day came to fix the issue, he walked me through his plan to safely access the area that needed to be replaced, which was on an awkward spot of my roofline between the house and attached garage. After the work was done, he explained what he did and even mentioned a few siding issues that he noticed. It was a pleasure working with him and I will definitely be calling him for any future projects."
