"Gary Blindt and his excellent team just finished replacing all our gutters and downspouts today. We are delighted with every aspect of their work and recommend High Tech Roofing most highly. - We chose higher capacity 6" aluminum gutters to better cope with heavy downpours. The finished job looks absolutely great. Also, the new fasteners and brackets can not be seen -- unlike our previous gutters. Every segment was installed perfectly. Sections connecting the second floor gutter to the lower one in front were fitted properly, unlike the original job we inherited when we bought the house. - Gary and his men took special care with a couple of tricky features of our split level house -- for example, they fashioned a watertight S-curved leader to get around difficult features of our exterior sump pump pipe. Also, each new downspout is directed into the existing underground drainage pipes with a snug fit -- as though they had always been that way. - Our property was left spotless and clean, in what seemed like no time. Every single man was hard-working and friendly. - Finally, I can not say enough about how pleasant and professional Gary Blindt is. The job was done just as he said it would be done and looks even better than I ever imagined. Plus, he was very kind in several ways -- even booking our job in a way that was especially helpful for us, though his schedule is absolutely packed. When it the time comes to replace the siding on our house, he will be the man we'll call."

"Absolute integrity, professional and knowledgeable. Answered all questions, promptly calls back any phone inquiries. Not even a nail or screw found on grounds after they cleaned up debris. Roof installed in one day. Prior to my new roof being installed I had leaks caused by my solar panels. Corey was my initial contact; Michael was the job-site supervisor. They really listened while I expressed my concerns about the solar company ( which caused the leaks in my roof initially) again not sealing my roof adequately. Corey, who was aware of this through his initial inspection and showed us the pictures he took which detail this, offered and did, indeed, return after the solar panels were reinstalled on the new roof. Trust this company; when their job is over they are still willing to be available for whatever is needed."

"ETC Home Improvement did a beautiful job remodeling our main floor full bathroom. Eddy and his team were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They ripped out our original outdated bathroom, including a one-piece shower/tub unit and replaced it with a beautiful tiled shower complete with a frameless glass door. The tile guys were the hardest working crew I have ever seen. They were meticulous, patient, and truly dedicated to their craft. They did such a stunning job and were also very courteous when in our home. Eddy and his crew were also very clean. They were constantly picking up and cleaning up any debris, materials or dust as they worked. We appreciated this because we have three small children and we did not have to worry about them getting into anything.  Overall we were extremely happy with final finished bathroom. Not only is Eddy honest, hard working and polite but his entire crew is as well. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
