"Frank and his team did excellent work of tearing down an old cedar deck and building a Trex deck. Did a great job of guiding me thru the process of choosing the color schematic of the deck, and options for railing. Due to Covid-19 not all material was available at the same time, Frank was always in contact to let me know the status of material being available so the job could move forward. Easy going and always available to answer any questions you may have about your project. Makes sure you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!"

"I gave this man $3000 which was 33% of the job upfront. Was supposed to give him 33% at the halfway part And 34% upon completion. But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

After that I shopped around for couple months and got designs/estimates from many other retailers. Decided to go ahead with HM Cabinets for 2 reasons - (1) Tamaz was quick in understanding the needs and made the designing process easy and thorough. I felt he was honest and had my best interest in mind. (2) Their quote was competitive and in fact slightly lower than others. Delivery/Post installation -- Fabuwood cabinet delivery came spot-on on the date agreed. More importantly, I was particularly impressed with the post installation support I got from HM Cabinets. Few cabinet doors were delivered scratched/broken. Tamaz created numerous RMAs with Fabuwood and replacements were shipped in no time. Overall, very happy with the services. Highly recommend."

"We used to love this service and gave them glowing reviews on Google in the past, but something has changed. Their customer service sucks, they don't apologize, don't call back etc. We had a hot water heater installed 2 years ago. It is still under warranty. Yesterday, 11/9/25, it broke and started leaking badly - still under a warranty from them. A.J. Perri advertises as they are 24/7 company, but they would not come yesterday and would promise us that first thing this morning, at 8 am, they would be knocking on the door. They never came, never called and never apologized. In fact, they have an attitude for misleading us and at 10 am mo one is here. The technician (do they only have 1 technician?) Is over 1 5 h away at another job. Customer service sucks with them really badly and now I feel as because we called them and voiced our dissatisfaction, no one will reach out to us or help us, while we are covered by their warranty. We had to pay for another service last night to pump"
