"Both occasions were for the same work. Areas of the house and garden were covered with tarps to prevent overspray staining the house or foliage. Company workmen used water to pressure wash the deck, cleaning off algae stain. After deck dried (over a period of a day or so), workmen returned and stained deck with aerial sprayers, spraying stain over the whole deck.
The quality of work was different in both cases.
First occasion on 6/5/08, the deck turn out beautiful, the complete stain completely covering the wood, so it looked new. I give it an "A" grade.
Second occasion on 5/3/13, after staining, the coverage was spotty and intermittent looking, with variations in stain coverage. It looked as if the workmen didn't have enough stain to cover the deck. I give it a "C-" grade.
I took pictures and uploaded them to my computer, with the intent of contacting the Deck Rescue owner (Bill Hydock), and emailing the photos. Unfortunately, my hard drive crashed, and I lost the photos. I never did contact the owner.
From my personal contact with Mr. Hydock, I believe he would have tried to correct the incomplete stain coverage.

"It went extremely well. They were prompt, efficient and very CLEAN! No drops on the rug or floors. They cleaned up every day and left the house spotless. They use Sherwin Williams paint (which I like). It took an extra day...but it was well worth it. They did not rush the job, they took their time. The estimate that they quoted me was the final price. They do not except payment until the job is done and you are satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks!"

"Employees were on time and courteous. Protected walls and furniture from hose used during process. Everything went smoothly, they were professionals. The rug was pretty wet, needed 4-6 hours before could walk on, 24 hours of drying time before we could return furniture onto carpet (we moved some furniture out of the rooms. Other furniture stayed in place and they cleaned around and under it). Price was excellent. They have someone at the phones during work hours to answer questions, which is more of a rarity these days. Excellent price. I highly recommend."

"Very well ! Having to work around the schedule of the child care facility, Painters' Delight started Friday evening at 6:00 PM and worked all day Saturday and Sunday. Two coats paint on all walls, ceilings, wood doors and frames and wood base. Also refinished a wood shelving unit. Work was well done, very professional. Good people to work with. This was the 2nd project Painters' Delight has done for us over the last several years and we will gladly hire them again for the next project."
