"While the purchased deal was a Home Inspection, the focus was pretty much the roof despite other concerns shared - which are probably more DIY repairs.   Roof inspection went very well.  Mike was able to identify wind and hail damage on roof, but only on front.  Indicated insurer may only cover repairs on front side of house.   Worked with me to make best use of claim payment to replace roof.   Work has been scheduled.

"Good, but it was the hottest day of the summer. Understandably, the oppressive heat caused the crew to work more slowly than they would have under normal conditions. They had to go up and down stairs in both houses, so it wasn't easy! Total cost was higher than we'd planned, since charges are on an hourly basis. But we got moved! Crew lead and the 2 young men doing the work were very nice to us - considerate, polite, friendly, and appreciative. They were also careful not to cause any damage to belongings, freshly painted walls, floors, doors. We had a good moving crew. I recommend them!"

"On the countertops, they did an excellent job. They were here when they were supposed to be. I would not give a good rating for the doors. We bought the doors and the parts for the doors. When they got here, they said that there were parts or pieces missing. Another thing is the guy that originally came out to go over everything with us was laid off and from there on there was some miscommunication. The job with the door did not get completed and they just sort of left."
