I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Our house is only ten years old and we have an extremely large roof facing north. Every time I pulled into our drive I saw all of the darker streaks on the roof and it really bothered me. I had to leave shortly after they arrived. And when I came home... what a pleasant surprise!
