We had a lot of work to do outside of replacing our roof, including replacing all our insulation and gutters, and we discovered a lot of challenges once the roof had been removed (ours is an older house that has been a well of surprises over the years!). "We needed a new roof including new sheeting. Our roof was a 23 year old composite roof with 3/8" sheeting. We received 3 bids from different roofing companies. All of the bids came in within a few hundred dollars of each other. We decided to go with A Better Roofing Company because of reviews, their history in the area dating back to 1991, and the professionalism of Daniel who wrote up the estimate. We received the estimate in October 2018 and the job was completed in December 2018. Scheduling was a difficult because of the rainy days. The crew started on a friday and finished on sunday. The crew worked right thru until the job was done. When i had my extimate done i had choosen white flashing around the roof to match the facia board. The crew mistakenly installed dark flashing that matched the black roof we choose. When I did the walk through after the job was completed with Michael right before Christmas i pointed that out. He immediately said they would come out and replace it with the correct flashing. Since Christmas was a few days away I related to Michael that they could come out anytime after Christmas, no hurry. The next day when i got home from work it was all replaced. That was being responsive! The roof is beautiful and solid. I would recommend A Better Roofing Company to everyone."

"Rick spent a lot of time answering our questions and made some great suggestions. We had some dead valleys and some low slope areas and we upgraded to copper looking roofing in those areas. They were careful protecting our plants and landscaping and clean-up. They used a dump trailer rather than a dumpster. Our house was built underventlated and damaged some underlayment. He replaced numerous sheets of plywood (no chip-board!) added needed ventilation and did a great job installing on our roof- some of it was a 12:12 pitch- and it was hotter than blazes. His crew was pleasant and well mannered and worked there tails off. Great job! Mark"

"I had Three Tree replace my roof 3 years ago and they did a great job. But what really blew me away is that during a kitchen remodel this year we discovered some water damage in a section of roof. Three Tree came responded right away, inspected the damage and then fixed the entire thing and charged me NOTHING. They stand by their work and made it right. "I would say use Krown roofing to anyone who reads this hands down. First the estimate and bidding process was informative and professional. not only does Krown offer a 30 year lifetime waranty on the roof for any repairs or water damage, They are GAF certified so the roof is registered with GAF (the manufacturer of all the roofing products used) for thirty years. If I sell my home the new owner can be transfered in this warranty. The bid includes: up to 5 sheets plywood replaced; Tiger paw roof deck protection; all vents replaced with quality metal vents; Storm guard leak barrier; Corbra snow country roof ridge vent (this benefits the life of your roof and replaces all roof vents except for exaust vents). Timberline shingles including roof ridge and flashing for all edges and gutters. I also added Leaf relief gutter protection to the bid. The work: tear down, plywood repair and installing all roofing products were complete in one day. The next day Mike came by to install the leaf relief gutter protecters and do a final walk through/ review of the work. Mike then did a final yard walk through to pick up any small debris left in the yard from the day before. He handed my GAF warranty which he registerd for me and it's all done. This is a professional job and all the neighbors want to know who did the work because the roof really stands out on the steet I live on. the final price is exactly what the bid was for. I would like to add the bid was $5,000-$7,000 less than other bids, so the price was reasonable. "Had a metal roof installed and 2 skylights replaced. We didn't give them much lead-time and needed the work to be done by a certain date. Once Cint committed to the job, everything was done professionally and before the due date. I though we might have to cosmetically cover an area around the new skylight but Jesus finished it off very attractively. When the work was done, all we had to do was admire our new roof and skylights. We are thankful for the work done and would highly recommend Metropolitan Roofing."
