"We hired Stout Roofing to replace the roof on our rambler. I was pleased to meet Jake Stout when he came to my residence to do an inspection and discuss the concerns I had. I asked for a few small changes such as the installation of some bathroom ceiling fan flapper vents, and the removal of a solar attic vent fan and patching it's hole. Their pricing was extremely competitive and right in our budget. Best of all they had very good availability to get started. The roof removal was completed in just a matter of hours, and the second day the new roof was installed without any issues. The crew was polite and friendly and did a great job of cleanup after themselves. I'm very pleased with the finish product and the company!"

"Completed perfectly, good price, easy to work with, gave an honest evaluation of the roof and did not upsell."

"I hired Brave Roofers after spotting their crew working on my neighbor?s house, and I?m glad I did. I reached out and Vitor showed up a couple hours later with a quote in hand. Throughout the process, Vitor was easy to reach, answered every question promptly, and kept communication clear. The final cost matched the quote exactly. No aggressive upsells, no surprise change orders. Honest and straightforward. The crew?s cleanup was impressive too. Tear-off generates a serious amount of nails and debris, and they were thorough. You?d never have known they were there. That extra effort is appreciated, especially with kids and pets around. The attention to detail carried through to the finish as well. They even painted my electrical gooseneck to match the flashing color, a small touch that showed real pride in the finished product. Highly recommend Brave Roofers for anyone in the area. I would definitely recommend Vitor and Brave Roofing."

"Pro Roofing did a great job. Incredible attention to detail on a complex roof with dormers and high pitches. Since they lifetime warranty the install work, after the install was complete they had their own inspector review the work to ensure it was done right with no issues found. I also purchased the annual maintenance package so they will maintain the roof keeping it in good working order."

"Had roof damage during wind storm, and had entire roof replaced. Sam & team provided a great quote, did a thorough and beautiful job on the roof. Looks amazing. Thank you!"

"I'm still in the bidding process. A better roofing company has been responsive and excellent so far."

"Rick spent a lot of time answering our questions and made some great suggestions. We had some dead valleys and some low slope areas and we upgraded to copper looking roofing in those areas. They were careful protecting our plants and landscaping and clean-up. They used a dump trailer rather than a dumpster. Our house was built underventlated and damaged some underlayment. He replaced numerous sheets of plywood (no chip-board!) added needed ventilation and did a great job installing on our roof- some of it was a 12:12 pitch- and it was hotter than blazes. His crew was pleasant and well mannered and worked there tails off. Great job! Mark"

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"Krown did a great job replacing our roof. They were affordable and quick."

"We are very pleased with Metropolitan Roofing and our experience with them. They were very communicative and were very accommodating with scheduling the project. They came in as one of the lowest quotes we received, while still maintaining top of the industry products and workmanship. Additionally, they provide a warranty on the materials as well as their work. Metropolitan coordinated the completion of replacing our roof, skylights, and gutters and now everything looks great. They were recommended to us by a friend, and now we would gladly recommend them to anyone else in the future based on our experience."
