"I have a new lawn and moles were destroying it.  Mike came when he said he would come.  He put granules in several places in my yard and gave me a 45-day guarantee.  He also assured me that it could take up to two weeks before the moles would be gone.  It took about ten days but then I saw another mound.  Mike sent his crew to my house but another mound again.  Mike came back himself and put his product in the yard.  Hopefully the problem is gone but he said he would come back if I see any more mounds.

We had a rat issue in our crawl space under the house.  Ray and Brian worked to eliminate the problem and to do so had to return several times to set and remove  traps.  They wanted to ensure that they had killed all of the pests.  They were always prompt and showed up when they were scheduled to do so.  In addition, they cleaned and sanitized the area and replaced the vapor barrier.  Ray kept us informed about everything he was doing.
I cannot say enough about this outstanding company and  the people connected to it.  It is a pleasure to work with a company that does what they say they will do and has an excellent standard of follow up.  Having spent over 42 years in customer service working for major corporations, I consider myself an expert on good customer service.  This company is a "10."

"First, the people who came out to do the work didn't know about putting in the posts and had to come back later. Second, they said they knew nothing about sealing up the rodent holes. Third, the crawlspace still leaks whenever it rains. 
Now we have a worse rodent problem, and when I called to ask them to come out to take a look, they said they only do that as part of their initial work. When I reminded them that they originally agreed to do it, but didn't, they reluctantly agreed to come out and look. 
I also have concerns about the quality of the work. I'm certainly not an expert, but it all looks a little haphazard and slapped together.

"Heard a noise in my attic  thought it was a squirrel. I've been living at this residence  since 1977 never had this problem before, I called up the 1st pest-control place I found they said they would call me back never did. So I called up plateau pest control near my home in Covington,  they answer the phone right away they said they would be out at 6:30 PM. They could  have put me off to the following day but they didn't! A young man by the name of SOKHARA came out at 7 o'clock. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite.

He quickly evaluate the situation went up in the attic and discovered I had  a rat situation. He  Quickly went up to the roof and sealed off all  exits , checked area for any possible entry-level. After that was done he went into the attic again  and put down 7 traps . He said he would be back next week to check  Everything out. He also laid down a trap near the house, he didn't wind up leaving until 10 o'clock. I wouldn't hesitate  calling  these guys up again .  They did a great job would highly recommend them."
