We also called him when we had issues with some of the lights in our home and he helped us to determine that it was likely an MLGW issue. Because the weather had turned warm and it was warm where Mr. Lee was working, I turned on the air conditioner briefly to cool things down. A vent high on the wall leaked some condensation, which streaked the wall below it and ultimately left streaks in the paint. I tried three times to repair it, to no avail. I stayed in contact with Mr. Lee, and he kindly agreed to come repair it for us without charge.
