"I choose this company because of multiple positive factors that was discussed with them and appreciated the prompt feedback and effort that they put into all of my questions (very detail) and we agreed on price and schedule. That said they responded very promptly on day one work fast and precise and got the old roof off and 85/90 % of new roof on. The old roof was a thirty-year shingle roof that had slight damage from some tornado type winds earlier this summer. The only thing was my understanding was the gutters would be removed and laid on ground for reinstall after new roof was installed. However, that didn't happen in that exact order so that I could visually verify (from ground/too old to get on roof) that all the existing gutter attachment holes got chalked and sealed. The owner of the company and I discussed this, and he had the guys stop what they were doing and take the effort to rectify the issue by loosening the gutter and chalking holes as was in the original plan (per my vision) we had discussed. The job comes with a one-year warranty on workmanship by company and we noted on contract that any issues arising from that miss communication would not be bound by the one year we would discuss and come to an acceptable agreed fix between the two of us should something ever develop in a reasonable amount of time if it was cause due to Skystone Homes work scope! I don't view this negatively, it's just part of doing work and being in business and continuously tweaking one Quality and work processes but did drive the 4.5 rating. With that said I am very happy with the job as a whole and would use this contractor again. Eloy did a good job of spending adequate time at the site as well as myself which I believe was a positive impact to the finished job Quality!"
