My husband and I are long time customers of Invisible Fence, but when I contacted them earlier last week about a malfunction in our system resulting in our dogs escaping and the injury to one that required surgery, we were told the earliest they could respond would be almost a month away. When I commented on their lack of prompt customer service I was told there are many other people asking for service ahead of us. Joe was quick to respond and very knowledgeable, and suggested a mesh fence/barrier to seal off gaps under our patio pad where we had various creatures likely living (including snakes) and a temporary one way door, as well as bait stations to remove food supply (field mice).
